Core Curriculum
The Core Curriculum is comprised of a 3-day residential training for Facilitated Enrollment staff who are new to the outreach program. It includes these major topics:
- Guidelines for completing applications
- Eligibility screening for children and adults
- Assisting applicants in gathering necessary documentation
- Counseling applicants regarding managed care choices
Back Advanced
Curriculum
The Advanced Curriculum is a 2-day residential program for experienced Enrollment Facilitators. It focuses on those eligibility screening situations that are the most difficult, including eligibility screening for the self-employed and non-citizens.
