Cancellation

1. If you find it necessary to withdraw from training, please notify Registration Services 716.876.7600, as soon as possible.
2. The primary contact person/agency representative indicated on your registration application will be called if training is cancelled due to low enrollment; the primary contact person is responsible to notifying the trainee.
3. Every effort is made to offer all training’s as they appear in our training calendar, however CDHS does reserve the right to cancel any training for which there is insufficient enrollment.
