and desk aids, and conference

| Provides recruitment, staff development and training, one-on-one coaching and performance improvement initiatives, and general organizational support. |

Information Systems (MIS) |
| Provides design, support,
and training for statewide
electronic data systems. |

| Materials Duplication and Distribution |
| Reproduces
and distributes all materials
for Center trainings, workshops,
presentations, and conferences
throughout the state. |

and Distance Learning |
| Develops
applications for electronic
instruction, distance learning
modules, interactive human
services training programs
on CD-ROM; and maintains the CDHS Internet
and Intranet websites. |

writing, editing, and content

newsletters, brochures,
proposals, curricula, and
online documents. |
