Anh began her career with CDHS in 1996, when she joined the Finance unit as a project staff assistant. She was promoted to manager of Finance and Registration Services and later assumed her present role as Finance manager – Special Projects. In her current capacity she is responsible for overseeing task linkages associated with Center workflow activities with an eye to improving overall efficiency through improved program-policy interconnections at the systems level.

Anh analyzes and evaluates job functions and proposes changes to maximize organizational flow, assists in systems implementation and troubleshooting, facilitates systems training, and assists in development and administration of systems policies and guidelines. As new systems are developed and implemented, she examines the way that various systems interface and suggests changes that will enable them to work together seamlessly as automated workflow increasingly eliminates manual processes. Her recommendations have resulted in organizational flow improvements, and she has also been instrumental in recommending and developing a professional development program for CDHS staff. Anh, who holds degrees in both management information systems and finance, is also responsible for implementing Research Foundation of SUNY accountability guidelines and policies. Previous to joining CDHS she worked in the banking as an accounting supervisor and financial reporting supervisor, and in those roles she gained expertise in systems implementation, computerized accounting, and general ledger/payroll systems.
