Robin provides administrative and facility management for the CDHS Syracuse Regional Office, which opened its doors in the spring of 2000. In her roles as regional director and training coordinator, Robin provides a broad range of organizational development, technical assistance, and consultation services to the staff development coordinators in the 14 local department of social services districts included in the Central New York Region. Inspired by her belief in the value of partnership and collaboration, Robin works closely with regional representatives from of the NYS Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) Bureau of Training and contributes to ongoing curriculum development for a continuum of trainings that promote professional development for staff development coordinators statewide. As part of these collaborative efforts she participates with training committees and workgroups that plan, develop, and deliver training and workshops and support field evaluation of training.

Prior to joining CDHS in 2001, Robin worked with children and families in both public and private social service agencies. In 2000, her interests broadened to include occupational social work, and in 2002 she completed her M.S.W. degree highlighting practice with communities, organizations, and nonprofit agency administration. Robin shares her experience in nonprofit organization and staff development through volunteer work in the community.
