Originating as a small group of Buffalo State College (BSC) social work faculty, CDHS has evolved into the largest state-funded social services training provider in New York State, with training facilities at its Buffalo headquarters and across the state. Through partnerships with BSC, with SUNY University at Buffalo (UB), and with the local educational community, CDHS connects the most recent academic research and scholarship to the immediate needs of the workforce and community at large.
