General Information:

Upon confirmation of registration for one of the training offerings, you will receive information regarding the specific room, a map to the training site, and a parking permit for the day of the session. In the event that an offering is cancelled as a result of under-enrollment or other reason, CDHS will contact you so that you may select another convenient date.

Money orders and checks accepted. Participant assumes responsibility for all fees associated with a check returned for nonsufficient funds. (Certificate may also be revoked.)
