This site is designed to support online Qualified Providers Training offered by CDHS, under contract with the NYS Department of Health. CDHS believes that the use of distance learning technology enables us to bring you training and support directly to Qualified Providers users in a timely, user-friendly format.

These training modules will introduce new policies in the public health insurance and/or review existing policies programs. The training modules may be used for training new or experienced staff or to review existing policies when there are questions.

This site is your complete resource for these training offerings. You can access the training resources using the menu located on the left side of this page.
To make this a successful learning experience follow these steps:

1. Click on the Computer Settings link from the menu to properly configure your computer for viewing the training materials. Review the controls used in this format so that you can start, pause and stop the modules.
2. Download and print the Training Materials. You will use the training materials as a resource while viewing the modules.
3. View the five Training Modules.
