This site is designed to support on line trainings offered by CDHS, for New York State. CDHS believes that the use of distance learning technology enables us to bring important training and support directly into the homes of the people of New York State. By eliminating the need to travel, we can serve you better and make training and development more accessible.

NYS Office of Children and Family Services, Bureau of Training, and CDHS deliver this live on line training through the use of virtual classroom software iLinc™. This virtual classroom software enables users to connect and communicate over the internet and conduct a live instructor-led learning session. All software requirements are provided free to participants through an established licensing agreement between NYS OCFS and iLinc Inc. Participants need only purchase a computer headset with microphone attached or speakers and a separate microphone.
